Search function doesn't stay with selection when cleared

Issue Details:
In SLADE 3.1.13 there was a feature that when a filter was applied to the entry list, you could select an entry and when the search was closed (with the X button) the program would keep the part of the list visible where the entry you selected was at. I always thought this was a good feature when I needed to find something tedious to find, like S_START for example.

Also, I'm requesting this feature be implemented in the TEXTUREx/PNAMES editor.
