[Feature Request] "New Directory" in right-click menu

Lately, I noticed that SLADE does not feature an option to create a new directory through right-clicking the file list without highlighting a file first.

This is largely because most modern-day operating systems feature an option to create a new folder by right-clicking in an empty spot in addition to having a dedicated button and I think having an option to instantly make a new directory through the right click menu would feel natural to those that are used to creating new folders through rightclick.
