overload_dec uses the DEAL_WITH_NANFLAG_BUG_OVERLOADED macro but it expects the variable to be named 'a' instead of 'p'

Let me know if you'd like a new release made to CPAN.
I'll probably do one some time this week anyway, to fix another nan-handling bug (mentioned in CHANGES) which is causing me some grief.
