具体是什么操作出来的报错？

最近是在测试公众号的功能。公众号是服务号。 信息管理-》素材管理-》图文消息。很多地方都出错，比如新建图文消息。预览等都会报错{"message":"Object reference not set to an instance of an object.","addDate":"2020-10-09 19:55:01"}， 还有一些视频，文件拉取报错（可能是因为没有文件）。
