Sitewards Newsletter

Extends newsletter functionality according to German law.

Features

• Added checkbox for a newsletter subscription to onepage checkout
• No notice email is send during subscribing and un subscribing.
• Email confirmation with link is send every time, when customer subscribes to newsletter.
