Fork of OpenCV for Delphi
Install (tested Lazarus V1.8.0 x86):
1) Open, compile and install with Lazarus IDE
source\dclcommonopencv230.lpk
source\dclvclopencv230.lpk
2) copy all DLL from OpenCV_DLL_2413 to your Windows Directory
3) Download ffmpeg: http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/
unpack/unzip ffmpeg; add ffmpeg dir/bin to windows path
