What's Changed

• Replace MP bypass logic by a "Level Deeper or Equal" relation

Just a small fix that changes the MP bypass logic: a player can go down a level if another player has explored further than this level.
For example, if player A is in dlvl4 and player B is in dlvl2, then player B can go to dlvl3 then dlvl4.
