Refresh the breadcrumb after deleting a block

面包屑bug，光标前跳bug，偶现列表块换行后无法继续输入bug

Describe the problem

总共三个问题：

1. 面包屑在块删除后不更新，仍旧在被删除的块上，点击后闪退（稳定复现）
2. 快速输入数字，光标前跳，不确定是否是电脑问题（在本人电脑上稳定复现）
3. 偶现列表块换行后无法继续输入，必须重新打开文档（不能稳定复现），控制台log见附件
