v0.6.1 fails inside docker

So, this is a bit vague, I'm happy to try to figure out more info if you need it, but mailcatcher fails on 0.6.1, but works on 0.6.0.

I'm running inside the stock dockerhub ruby image:

root@90276bbd1bfe:~/mailcatcher# mailcatcher --smtp-port 4025 --http-port 4081 --ip 0.0.0.0
Starting MailCatcher
~~> ERROR: Something's using port 4025. Are you already running MailCatcher?

Nothing is running on those ports. 0.6.0 works as expected, and 0.6.1 binds to localhost fine. It looks like to only change was to eventmachine, so it might be their problem. I'm not sure what the resolution might be, but let me know if you need additional info/testing.
