This PR exposes the ECR repository name as a task key that can then be accessed by other plugins.
For example, imagine one were writing an elastic beanstalk plugin to generate the requisite Dockerrun.aws.json that would reference the uploaded ECR image. With this exposed, one would have the full ECR path to set the
Imageparameter.
