once I've got something package-able I'll plead to the EF gods to transition that package into using the eth namespace, instead of hogging it up. Already did so for this repo here: 710e321.

Also they don't seem to have 3.10 support (go figure), which is fine since this lib is targetting 3.10+. So I think by happenstance it'd be incompatible to install both.
