I'm used to gitlab-ci and still learning Github workflows and actions so bear with me.
This is just a basic publish to prod PyPI when a release is published. More stuff planned: #118
Tested on my fork with Test PyPI and managed to auto-publish https://test.pypi.org/project/skodaconnect/
