This portable version is non-standalone. It requires a previous installed version of Tipp10 v.2.1.0.
This is because it does not create the user database in AppData folder.
You can download the original installer package, that creates the database, from https://www.tipp10.com/en/download/
Build with Qt Creator 4.14.0 and
