对订单优惠结算的部分有点疑惑，结算页与提交订单是两步，那么提交订单时算出的价格与结算页不一致的情况该如何处理？例如有一个满减活动刚好失效之类的，这种情况该如何比较优雅的解决呢？

提交订单的时候会再次校验是否一致
如果不一致会返回具体哪个商品的活动已经失效、没库存之类的异常；前端拿到异常弹窗提醒，提示用户活动失效且是否删除此商品继续下单
