Snowflake parser moved to it's own class #8

In this pull request init.php function logics are moved to their own, separate class - classes/SnowflakeParser.php . I think that init.php file in Winter CMS is mostly used for defining global functions but the Snowflake parseSnowflake() and syncDb functions are needed only for the plugin itself (at least it's current stage).

Also some overall code quality improvements in some other files.
