This PR removes the outdated
sktime-dlreference inREADME.md.sktime-dlis superseded bysktimeproper, since we introduced dependency management on the level of estimators.Also, most, if not all, estimators from
sktime-dlare obtainable viasktimedirectly.Therefore, the reference is misleading and can be removed.
