I have updated the Umbraco version to 8.18.13 and implemented the endpoints PostSaveBlueprint and DeleteBlueprint in DocTypeGridEditorBlueprintApiController and updated the angular controller to use those instead.
It is tested on Umbraco 8.18.13 and will not work on lower versions.
I haven't bumped version-nummers on the package or adjusted anything there as I am not familiar enough with the structur of this project yet.
