Description
This PR migrates to voice gateway version 4. This version adds support for
SpeakingMode(for soundshare and priority speaker), and changes the signature ofVoiceConnection.SpeakingtoVoiceConnection.SetSpeakingMode.It also adds some logging for voice connections payloads as well as the date and hour to every logs.
