This release updates the handling of packages, users, and group-management to allow an elevate parameter to be used.
The intention is that you can launch marionette as your usual user, and rely upon sudo to give yourself the ability to install/remove packages, modify users or groups.
This was reported in #123
Additionally this is the first release which supplies arm64 binaries, as requested in #122
