Skybian

This release comprises:

• A complete rework of the build system for the images to the PKGBUILD format
• The addition of the skybian package, containing modifications to the base images including:
  • the skycoin apt repository configuration
  • the repository signing key
  • scripts and services used for auto-peering
  • script and service to install the latest version of skywire on first boot
• The skywire installation is now provided by the skywire-bin package.
• Updates are handled by apt, using the configured repository
• On first boot of all images, the latest version of skywire-bin is (re)installed
• The configuration for skywire is generated on first boot, and skywire starts automatically as a hypevisor
• The skybian image for orange pi prime now includes auto-peering functionality
• The skyimager has been removed.

Image archives are included in .xz and .zst format. The .xz image archive may be extracted on all operating systems with tar -xf *img.tar.xz
