Use case:
As a Lagrange user, I would like to be able to browse back to the root of the gemsite by clicking on the Header Band Title (cf. screenshot)

I think this would help the "browsability" of gemsites.

Navigating to parent directory or site root

Added keyboard shortcuts for navigating up to the parent directory and to the site root.

Clicking the top banner also navigates to the site root.
