Showing full URLs for links to see exactly what URL would be opened #64

Please show full URLs when hovering over the links. There are multiple ways:

  • appended text (like now but with full URL)
  • a tooltip
  • browser statusbar (used to be a thing back in the day)

I agree that a Safari-style visible-on-hover URL in the bottom of the window would be nice.

IMO that is questionable gemtext formatting and essentially a bug in AstroBotany. The user-visible label of the links should include all the relevant information.
