New Features:
- Supports Postgres 9.5 and 9.6 (no new features added, simply a support. Future releases might support join pushdown)
- bootstrap.sh now supports Ubuntu 16.04
- Tests do not pass with Quasar 14.x
Postgres Support: 9.4. 9.5, 9.6
Quasar Support: Versions 9.x - 13.x (14.x not supported)
Platforms: Linux and OSX (Installers available for OSX and Ubuntu 14.04 - 16.04)
Note: bootstrap.sh now accepts POSTGRES_VERSION as an environment variable, defaulting to 9.5.
