This project was made as a part of my master's thesis. It is an expandable SIR (Susceptible - Infected - Recovered) model that can be used to predict the behaviour of an infectious disease. The model used is a deterministic mathematical model. It can be expanded or modified to fit the user's needs. It is excellent in predicting how certain epidemiological measures affect the spreading of a disease, and for studying past diseases and how they spread. The model is programmed using Python and plotted using Matplotlib in Google Colab.
