- ported hex-string test-cases from `bitcoinjs` lib to byte/uint8_t-vectors. - changed library name to lower-case "bip66". - change test name. - replace Hex String test-cases with byte/uint8_t-vectors. - improve testing overall (more test cases, testing valid/invalid). - update Arduino Sketch to reflect changes. - drop use of `hex.h` helper file.
