Eröffnet man ein Support Ticket erhält der Admin keine Info darüber.
Antwortet der Admin auf das Ticket wird dem Ersteller im Usermenue unter Support eine (1) angezeigt. Möchte man dann Details zum Ticket aufrufen erscheint:

this ticket is not for you..
