Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I am using VSCode remote forward, it only forwards ipv4 connection.
However, because of glibc's default config, localhost will be resolved to ipv6 and thus slidev will always bind to ipv6 whenever ipv6 is available.

Describe the solution you'd like
Could you be so kind to add an option --host like vitejs for slidev?
