When commentecho is enabled, special markup at the start of the comment lines can be interpreted to:
This makes the output much nicer (in advanced solutions), without changing behaviour for existing .sh files, and makes the .sh file much more readable (when used for standalone purposes)
Additionally, some comments can be kept for internal documentation purposes in the .sh file
