437572-B21 would be the Part # of the originally-installed part from the factory. Spare Part # would be the item number you'd look up if you needed a replacement. (Standard HP numbering scheme) "PSU CT no" looks like an HP serial number. Can confirm that Line 105 is missing a # in the option part number.

Also interesting to note, the characters before each string in the hex dump are a 0xC0 + length of the following string. |
