option to not use MustExecContext in dao #90

mustexec causes panic in key violations ... when normally you would want to catch those errors yourself.

an option to not use mustexec by default in dao's would be stellar.

@jcolson I will adjust, to check the error. I appreciate the comments as I need best practices advice for dao and http api handlers.

@jcolson check out v0.9.12 release - I swapped out MustExec
