When segmenting testers for new CUTGroup tests, I look at 1) when a tester last tested, 2) how many tests this testers has completed. This allows me to find testers who have not tested in awhile or have never tested before.

This has a couple of goals:

  • In tester profile, keep a count of number of tests at top of profile. Note All Wufoo test forms are labeled "CUTGroup #" with the # being the number of test this is.
  • Show date of last test, which could be from the Wufoo field "Date Created"
  • Indicate if tester responded to a test call-out but did not get selected for the test. Generally, we send out an Mailchimp campaign to "Not Selected" testers.
  • If tester has done 1 or more tests, they should be tagged as an "Active Tester"
