Description

Based on the work here, SCRF wants to create a detailed commenting guide for SCRF citizens.

Tasks

• Claim Bounty: Assign yourselves to the bounty and @ttaloute will approve to go ahead with the bounty.
• Create the commenting guide: Use the resources below to create a commenting guide. Use a google document for the creation of the guide.
• Initial review: Discuss the initial draft with @ttaloute, you can set up meetings for discussion.
• Finalize the guide: After the guide is completed and approved, transfer the ownership to @ttaloute.
• Approval: Get approval from @ttaloute and comment here after the guide is updated.
• When approved, this bounty can be billed to SCRF for xx DAI
