Bug Report

The boost bintray download url is dead and needs to be hotfixed on 7.1.0 ASAP. Previous releases of SDL Core that use boost installs from bintray will be hotfixed too.

Reproduction Steps
  • Uninstall boost if installed previously.
  • Build SDL Core 7.1.0
Expected Behavior

Cmake scripts download boost successfully.

Observed Behavior

Cmake script fails due to http download error
