Use backtrace cleaner for Slack notifications #453

In #299, the backtrace formatting for Slack notifications was refactored. However, the use of the BacktraceCleaner has been forgotten in the transition. Slack notifications are currently using the raw backtrace, making them quite unreadable when the error is raised by a library:

This PR restores the use of the backtrace cleaner for Slack notifications, the same way it's done in other Notifiers.

Tests for Slack notifications have been updated to reflect this change.

Coverage increased (+0.009%) to 95.62% when pulling 6cfb05b on pomier:clean_backtrace_slack into b40e3a6 on smartinez87:master.

@pomier can you please rebase with master & fix conflicts?

when bundler updated to version 2 all new PRs started failing. I fixed this here: 541b4ad so you only need to update your branch now.
