A one-day workshop in the qtl2 package for R for QTL mapping in backcrosses, intercrosses, and complex crosses like the Diversity Outbred. For more information, see the workshop website and lesson.
We'll meet in the breezeway bioinformatics training room from 9am to 4:30pm on Tuesday, March 20th and from 9am to noon on Wednesday, March 21st. JAX employees can find the bioinformatics training room in building 1, unit 5 on this campus map. Visitors should bring photo ID and meet at the visitor entrance by 8:30am.
