PowerShell script to update the Gallery Image to latest version in Provisioning Policy
Script I created to learn about using PowerShell with the Graph API, which allows me to then use PowerShell with Windows 365
Need to have PowerShell 7 or higher https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/scripting/install/installing-powershell?view=powershell-7.3

Script also will allow for gathering info about a CPC and reboot, start and stop as well as get the latest connectivity info
