Improve python source code

Add the following features

• Wrapper objects for tacsAim, egadsAim, fun3dAim, pointwiseAim which have default settings and applications for them and otherwise also allow you access to the objects to manually apply settings too
• Try to avoid too many features in the config files, add more to python but might need some of them in the python code
• Have more folders, and modules divided up in the repo
• Make source folder and setup for pip and unit tests

These features have been added in the latest updates in caps2fun including wrappers for each Aim, special capsStruct and capsFluid objects.
