Welcome to the PortMiner wiki!
PortMiner is a program written in Java that uses UPnP to open a port (usually 25565 unless changed) and then run Minecraft, or as of PortMiner 4.4 any application, however as PortMiner has opened the port on the router, the server will be public as though you had port forwarded.
