Svelte wasm test

All the pieces needed to run Rust in an audio worklet (with full bindgen support!), with vite and svelte.

Build

rust-wasm

Use the build.sh script. Make sure you have wasm-pack installed!

svelte-app

Install deps, then use npm run dev.
