Epochs analysis

Simone Maurizio La Cava edited this page Apr 21, 2020 · 4 revisions

The epochs analysis allows you to analyze the variation of a measure between the various epochs for the specified subject.

As for the other steps, if you did not previously used it, you have to set the data directory of the measure which you want to analyze, either by inserting it in the text box or through the search button.

Now, to compute the analysis, you have to select the subject from the list and the spatial type of the analysis.

After that, you only have to RUN your analysis and wait few instants: it will be showed a set of plot figures which contain the data for each epoch, in a different figure for each studied area.

In these plots, the measures of each area are scattered in a vertical line for each frequency band, allowing you to study them individually.

Furthermore, you can interact with each plot and show the epoch's number relative to a point by clicking it through a left-click of your mouse, or selecting more than one by holding down the left button to select a group in the same way in which multiple files are selected on a desktop (use the right one for the deselection operations).

As for all the other interfaces, if you need any help, you can click on the logo button and the wiki page will be opened in a web browser.

When you finished with your epochs investigations, you can return to the analysis interface and continue to study your data.
