snakehouse is a tool to pack mutiple .pyx files into a single extension so that they are importable as separate Python modules inside Python.
Inspired by this StackOverflow discussion.
Tested and works on CPython 3.5-3.12, both Windows and Linux.
It doesn't work on PyPy due to lack of
PyModule_FromDefAndSpec symbol.
