Add pkgdown yml
Add app.Rmd
Add files from pkgdown::build_site()
Add resource imgs to vignettes/img to make available from pkgdown homepage
Rename ggquickeda.Rmd to introduction_to_ggquickeda.Rmd
- Noting that this change was done to prevent pkgdown treating vignette with same name as pkg as special, e.g., places in separate 'Getting Started' tab rather than nested under vignettes tab
