If two molecules are imported into the same scene, the second one literally explodes... all the atoms and bonds are scattered in seemingly random locations.

- All molecular information now collected in a Molecule object
- Bond object introduced that stores its own name (and other things)
- unique_name() function helps ensure each object is uniquely named
- moved most of the comments into doc strings
