Just fixing the version and tag to line up.

Python 3 upgrade

This should bring this module up to date (as far as coding standards go). The functionality is identical and continues to operate correctly.

Switch to Github for URL

This is just to switch the support URL to the github wiki

Fixed XML

Fix my bad XML encoding of the URL until I switch to the wiki as the reference.
