Previously it was an error to pass non-IP packets to check(). Now these are treated as not belonging to any session. Added a brief API summary in comments.
related `nfvconfig.apply' function.
socket to nil instead of -1 on close.
profile:bindings is not stored in the ml2_port_bindigs table after the actual binding happens (i.e. the vm boots). mechanism_snabb will store the value in the vif_details for persistence.
