test2, test_displacement_decompile & test_physcollide all run in-game

Still not covering every possible lump covered by valve.orange_box yet, but it's good enough for now
Will re-open later for more exhaustive test maps at a later date

Garry's Mod recently updated their map compilers to include StaticProp lightmaps, among other new features
Need to check them out at some point, just in case they split the format
IIRC orange_box has a StaticProp format which allows for lightmaps, but we still have to check.

#90 will have to be updated if there's a new StaticPropClass
