The idea

Social media for punk shit. Somewhere to post about shows, sewing tips etc without having to deal with massive corporations owning the whole thing.

What makes this unique

• Punk is higly regional so your feed is broken into "scenes" you can join and see what users are posting about in that area

• Punk means a lot of things and theres a lot of pieces to the subculture, so scenes are tabbed into categories, (e.g. Clothes, shows, art, activism etc)

• Moderation should be communal, this is going to be a serious WIP to balance good moderation with the ideology of community policing, the current idea is if something is reported enough times for something it goes to a moderation page where members of the scene can vote on whether it should be taken down.
