  1. Fix models.yml loading 

    `models.yml` file is located two directories above `silero.py`, however
line:

```
models_list_file = os.path.join(os.path.dirname(__file__), "models.yml")
```

tries to find it in the same directory.

This results to extra download, which will fail in case current dir is
set to something that is not user-writable.

This commit fixes the path.
