When "Select All" is used on a list of options which was filtered by the LiveSearch, too many options will be selected.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the tests/bootstrap3.html or tests/bootstrap4.html in your browser.
  2. Go to the "Navbar" Example.
  3. Click on "Nothing Selected".
  4. Type "option2" to filter for these options.
  5. Click "Select All" to select only the visible options.
  6. The selected text on top now displays "option1, option2, option1,...".
  7. Remove "option2" from the LiveSearch input.
  8. All options "option1" and "option2" are selected.
