looks like the snap version no longer checks ~/.config/obs-studio/plugins

just installed on bionic using software installer *

I found a place in /snap/obsstudio/231/usr/obs-plugins/
But maybe i would be better if the ship the Snap with pre installed Linux Browser. 🤔
